The creation of the 17-piece ACJO in 2011 @ GPS has provided ground for award-winning composer Alan Chan to explore the infinite possibilities of jazz. His music is focused on socially conscious themes – such as climate change and inter-cultural connections - and culminated in his first album "Shrimp Tale" in 2014, which has won praise from critics worldwide. His sensational compositions will be presented in this annual concert.
