Los Angeles Metropolitan Opera presents selections from Tosca, Carmen, La Forza del Destino, and West Side Story, featuring arias wherein the characters sing prayers to God. Other popular musical numbers from the operas are also included. In celebration of the Christmas season, scenes from La Boheme will be presented along with Mozart’s Alleluia from his Exsultate Jubilate and a rousing Hallelujah Chorus sing-a-long from Handel’s Messiah.
